Gamble Responsibly
Responsible gaming pledge
Cobalt Gaming Ltd. (hadesbets.bet) regards gambling as a form of paid entertainment and never as a way to earn money or recover losses. This policy sets out our commitment to responsible gaming and the principles we encourage every player to follow.
Gambling is intended only for adults. Anyone under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction must not gamble, open an account or attempt to use gambling services. Adults should also keep gambling products out of the reach of minors, for example by protecting devices and passwords.
We encourage everyone to gamble only with money they can afford to lose, to set a budget in advance and to treat any loss as the price of entertainment.
Warning signs
Gambling can become a problem gradually and without notice. The following behaviours may indicate that it is no longer under control:
- Spending more money or more time on gambling than originally planned.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets in an attempt to win back money already lost.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions or neglecting bills in order to gamble.
- Feeling restless, anxious or irritable when trying to cut down or stop.
- Hiding or lying about the extent of gambling to family, friends or colleagues.
- Neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities because of gambling.
If one or more of these signs apply to you, we recommend taking a break and seeking support without delay.
Account restriction
Players who feel that they need a break from gambling can use voluntary self-exclusion. At licensed casinos, a player can usually exclude themselves for a fixed period or indefinitely by using the account settings or by contacting the operator's customer support team. During the exclusion period, the player should not attempt to open new accounts or to gamble in other ways.
Free, confidential support is available from GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org) and Gamblers Anonymous.
Self-exclusion works best when combined with other practical steps, such as removing gambling applications, deleting saved payment details and installing software that blocks gambling websites.
Gaming limits
Licensed casinos offer a range of tools that help players stay in control of their gambling. Players are encouraged to set these limits before they start to play:
- Deposit limits, which cap the amount a player can pay in over a chosen period.
- Loss limits, which cap the amount a player can lose over a chosen period.
- Time limits, which restrict the total time spent gambling.
- Session limits, which restrict the length of a single period of play.
- Reality checks, which show regular reminders of how long a player has been playing.
Limits are most effective when set calmly and kept in place, rather than raised after a loss.
